Puckup is a free scheduling app for pickup hockey games. By using it, you agree to these terms.
You can browse games and RSVP without creating an account, or sign in with email or Google. You're responsible for any activity under your account, and for keeping the information you provide accurate.
Event details and messages you post are visible to other users on that event. Don't post anything unlawful, harassing, or misleading. We may remove content or accounts that violate this.
The organizer role is self-selected. Organizers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their event listings, arranging ice time, and collecting any fees from players. Puckup does not run, sponsor, or take payment for any game.
Hockey is a physical activity with an inherent risk of injury. You participate in any game found through Puckup at your own risk. Puckup is not responsible for injuries, property damage, or disputes arising from a game.
Puckup is provided "as is," with no guarantee of availability or accuracy of listings. To the extent permitted by law, Puckup's liability for any claim related to the app is limited.
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the app means you accept the current version. You may stop using Puckup at any time. To close your account and delete your data, contact us at the address below.
